Volunteering

East Cobb Park is maintained by Cobb County Parks Recreation and Cultural Affairs. However, there is much additional work related to events planning, fundraising and public relations that is volunteered by individuals and organizations.

Friends for the East Cobb Park is a volunteer organization made up of Officers, and a Board of Trustees. Committees have been formed to support the growth of the park in many aspects.

Most committee meetings occur monthly or quarterly, depending on the level of activity at the time. We are currently seeking volunteers for all committees.
